BetterThanZero is a grassroots campaign which supports workplace organising and uses collective direct action to force employers to improve working conditions.

If you’d like to get involved the first step is to tell us about your workplace and what you’d like to change about it. Then sign up for a Take Control course so you can learn about how to speak to your fellow workers, organise to improve conditions, and combine to form a union.

We also run national campaigns and have local groups covering Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Dundee, Dumfries and Edinburgh. Contact betterthanzero@stuc.org.uk if you want to get involved.
